Shipping policy

Production and Processing Time

Because our products are custom made to order, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production before your order is shipped. This processing time applies to both domestic and international orders.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12.00 for all domestic orders within the United States.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using live carrier rates calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International customers are solely responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by their local government.

  • Contact Information: All international orders must include a valid contact phone number at checkout so the local delivery carrier can reach you if necessary.

Tracking Information

Once your order has finished production and your shipping label is generated, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout.

Modifying Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, you must do so prior to your shipping label being generated. You can update your shipping details by:

  • Signing into your customer account on our website.

  • Emailing us directly at info@nationalgroundgame.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, liability transfers to the customer and the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your provided tracking number.
